Then, in the weekly live eviction, the houseguests vote to evict someone from the house forever. Along the way are the competitions of food (which, if the houseguests do not win, means to eat slop for the week) and occasional luxury competition, all of which lead to the end of the series, where a sequestered jury panel vote for a winner, who receives half a million dollars!
