This Fall season seems to be chock full of new sitcoms, all desperately trying to stand out and be different.Two things NBC's The New Normal has in its favour is that it's very timely and that it's also from the creative genius of Glee, Ryan Murphy.
These bright and colorful billboards for the new comedy really stand out around the streets of New York City and Los Angeles.
The tagline says it all for this new series, 'She's having their baby', as Georgia King's single mom becomes a surrogate for gay parents played by Justin Bartha and Andrew Rannells.
Plus The Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star NeNe Leakes must have impressed Ryan Murphy in her guest-starring role on Glee, as she's on board to provide some fierce sass as the assistant of one of the fathers-to-be.
The L.A. billboards were snapped in two different locations along Sunset Boulevard on August 21, whilst the New York billboards were spotted along Broadway near Times Square on August 27, 2012.
Let's just hope The New Normal doesn't fall prey to too many stereotypes, but you have to applaud NBC for trying to reflect real life and the new way of doing things in their new comedy (although 'Cam' and 'Mitchell' from ABC's Modern Family surely paved the way).
